The rooms are spacious, and the Urban Balcony Premium one does provide a larger layout. The bathroom is clean, and the shower is nice, making for a pleasant refresh after a long day.
Unfortunately, the room I booked lacked the promised private balcony and instead faced the bar deck, leading to a noisy environment with little privacy. The underpass below created wind noise at night, making it hard to sleep. the air conditioning was quite loud, waking me up several times. the room felt overpriced for the experience, especially with the misleading room description and the quality of the amenities.

The stunning coastal views from my room absolutely made the stay special. The infinity pool provided a lovely retreat, perfect for soaking up the sun. The room, a premium urban balcony, was spacious with a clean, modern bathroom. I appreciated the comfortable bed and clean towels every day. there were issues that needed addressing. The shower had unpredictable temperature changes, causing a few surprises during use. Noise from the bar deck disrupted my evening, affecting the overall comfort level. The air conditioning unit was loud, waking me up at night.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, and the size of the room was quite spacious. The swimming pool facilities were very clean and enjoyable, although I found it a bit challenging to get in and out due to some slippery steps. The restaurant offered great food, albeit a bit pricey, which we found worth the splurge. We were visiting to check out the local attractions like the Tauranga Art Gallery and enjoyed spending time at the pool when we weren't exploring.

Unexpected views with room for improvement
Woke up every morning to stunning waterfront views that rejuvenated us. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making our stay very relaxing.
Unfortunately, we faced some hiccups with our check-in process, which felt disorganized. The bathrooms could use some maintenance due to minor issues with shower design.

The spacious layout of our Urban Balcony room was perfect for our family getaway with two teenage kids. The views were amazing, and we enjoyed hanging out together at the cozy spot right by the water. Plus, the hotel is convenient for group accommodations.
In my wife’s opinion, the hotel needs more activities for kids.

Memorable Stay with Friendly Service
Our Urban Balcony Premium room had beautiful decor and a spacious layout, but the sound from the bar deck was disruptive. The nearby underpass created wind noise at night. The staff were welcoming and responsive. Don’t forget ear plugs! Enjoy the shower. it’s a mini spa experience.
